   Sociotoco presents major update to its Social CRM API

   Sociotoco has added Sociotoco Sets to its line of solutions for social CRM systems. With Sociotoco Sets (now in beta) anyone is able to create sets of multiple social network profiles, and treat them as one identity. A Sociotoco set is like a Twitter or Facebook list, only across 30+ different social networks. The features of Sociotoco Sets are available both as a client tool and through Sociotoco's API.

   Sociotoco Adds Social Search to BatchBlue's Social CRM

   BatchBlue Software, provider of the BatchBook social CRM for small business, integrated with the API of Sociotoco, a social relationship management agency. This integration allows users of BatchBook to easily search and find social network accounts of their contacts. Within two days of BatchBlue’s announcement, Sociotoco received multiple information requests from other CRM vendors and integrators, proving that social CRM is one of the hottest topics in the CRM space this year.

   Rhinofly en Boondoggle zijn de “meest sociale” bureaus van Nederland

   Social media developer Sociotoco heeft onderzocht hoe “socially savvy” marketing- en communicatiebureaus in Nederland zijn. De bureaus Rhinofly en Boondoggle komen hierbij naar boven als de twee die zich het meest intensief profileren via diverse sociale media. Zij worden hierbij op de voet gevolg door In10, LBi Lost Boys en 105 Refreshing Advertising.
